We Begin Our Sustainability Journey

We have begun systematic, long-term sustainability work. Our commitment is reflected in our selection as one of 300 companies to participate in the Finnish Chamber of Commerce Climate Program.

In 2026, we will receive expert guidance for our sustainability work, including the calculation of our carbon footprint for Scopes 1 and 2, covering the company’s direct emissions and those from purchased energy.

‍VSME-Aligned Sustainability Work‍

In the coming years, we aim to integrate sustainability more systematically into our operations. As a first step, we have developed a three-year sustainability plan. We will begin by identifying our most relevant sustainability areas using the VSME standard, an ESG reporting framework for SMEs recommended by the European Commission.

‍As a company, we are committed to addressing the growing global health challenge of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) responsibly. Operating at the intersection of microbiology, biotechnology, and medicine, we contribute to healthcare, with responsibility at the core of everything we do. We are driven to make phage-based technologies and therapies accessible to everyone who needs them for the treatment of severe and life-threatening antibiotic-resistant infections.
