Newsletter Form Usage and Newsletter Subscription

Through the newsletter form on our website, we collect the following information: the subscriber’s name, domain (work affiliation), and email address. The form is built according to best practices for newsletter subscriptions and includes a double opt-in process: the subscriber is added to our newsletter list in our email marketing CRM only after confirming their subscription via a verification email. Our newsletter contact lists are used solely by our company and are never shared with third parties.

Subscribers who have given their consent and are on our newsletter list can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each message (located in the footer). We regularly monitor the list of unsubscribed users and update our email marketing system accordingly. Unsubscribed contacts are removed from our newsletter list and CRM, and no data about them is retained in our systems.

In addition to website sign-ups, we may also add new contacts to our newsletter list if we have met them personally at events or similar occasions. These contacts are asked for their consent to receive our newsletters in the first messages they receive. If they do not confirm their interest, the same removal process described above will apply.
